摘要 在高炉喷煤系统的设计过程中,通过采用可编程控制器S7-300,使储煤场、制粉系统、喷吹系统等过程实现了PLC自动控制,并实现了以中速磨为核心的连锁控制,同时也实现了对下煤量、烟温、喷煤量、喷吹罐自动充压及稳压系统的自动调节。 Siemens controller of PLC SW-300 has been applied in the spraying coal system of blast furnace. It is very effective in the automatic control system of PLC for bunker, producing power of coal and spraying coal system. Linkage control and self-regulation for the medium grinding coal equipment, quantity of service coal, temperature of smoke, quantity of spraying coal and pressure of spraying jar have been received by the automatic control system at the same time.
