摘要
个人代理人队伍是中国寿险行业发展的基础,代理人队伍的稳定性直接关系寿险事业的可持续发展。大约九年前,我国台湾地区实施的《劳动基准法》修正案,曾在当地寿险市场掀起轩然大波,本文在对台湾地区《劳动基准法》进行深度剖析的基础上,得出如下六点启示:其一,在成本控制和销售队伍问题上,受冲击的对象主要是大型寿险公司;其二,大型寿险公司需顺应时代潮流,主动采取多种举措以应对变革;其三,采用灵活的应对策略,尽可能地减少公司损失;其四,加强与个人代理人队伍的沟通;其五,建立多元化销售渠道,降低政策风险;其六,打造专业化和职业化队伍,应对政策风险。
Individual agents are the foundation of the development of the life insurance industry. Its stability has a direct bearing on the sustainable development of the life insurance undertaking. About nine years ago, the" Labor Standards Law" adopted in Taiwan Province had a great impact on the life insurance market. Based on a thorough analysis of the law, this article has six conclusions: Firstly, on the question of cost control and sales team, those large life insurance companies are being affected the most. Secondly, large life insurance companies should stay abreast with times and take the initiative to adopt different measures to react to the changing situation. Thirdly, Flexible strategies should be taken to minimize the loss. Fourthly, we should strengthen communication with the individual agents' team. Fifthly, we should build multi-dimensional sales channels to reduce policy risks. Sixthly, we should establish a specialized and professional sales team to confront the policy risks.
