摘要
探讨了以氧化锌和硼酸为原料制备阻燃剂低水合硼酸锌(2ZnO·3B_2O_3·3.5H_2O)的最佳工艺条件,采用元素分析、X-射线衍射及热分解技术(DSC)考察了其化学组成及结构。采用有机酸、聚硅烷、钛酸酯等偶联剂,对其进行了表面改性工艺研究,取得了良好的改性效果。
Low hydrous zinc borate (2ZnO·3B_2O_3·3.5H_2O) used for fire retardants was synthesized using zinc oxide and boric acid as starting materials, and characterized by means of chemical analysis, x-ray diffraction technique and DSC. In this paper the optimization of the process parameters is studied. By using coupling agents such as organic acids, polysilicomethane and titanates for its surface modifications, satisfactory results have been achieved.
