摘要
直流电机换向时产生的电火花,不仅危害安全,且干扰影响周围的电子设备和通信系统,研究了直流电机换向器火花的检测技术,分析了某飞机直流电机换向器火花的电气特性,首次提出了一种可行的直流电机火花检测方法:采集电源回馈信号,经过信号滤波、放大、整形、脉冲保持电路,A/D转换送到单片机处理,得到火花系数。该火花系数可反映火花信号的能量。经过了反复的平台测试和现场测试,证明此仪器真正实现原位检测,无须外接电源,具有测量准确、操作方便、抗干扰能力强、功耗低等优点。
The direct current(DC)electromotor brings spark on the commutator. The spark not only endangers the safe, but also interferes in the electrical device and communication system all around. The commutator's spark test technology of the DC electromotor is researched. The electric characters of some plane's DC electrometer'scommutator spark are analyzed, and a new spark test technique is first proposed in the paper. By the technique the DC reflecting semaphore is acquired, filtered, amplified, renovated, hold, transferred by A/D, processed with MCU. The spark modulus is obtained, and it can show the spark semaphore's energy. By the platform testing and the actual locale testing time after time, it is proved that the instrument realized online test in deed, and its characteristics is not additive power, measuring precision, operating convenience , more anti -jamming, low power and so on.
