摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-8及皮质醇(CORT)在早产及分娩发动中的作用。方法分别测定21例先兆早产孕妇、28例同孕周正常孕妇、30例足月妊娠临产及33例足月妊娠未临产孕妇外周血IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、CORT水平。IL-8的测定采用酶联免疫法,其余3种采用放射免疫法。结果先兆早产组血中3种白细胞介素及CORT水平均高于正常同孕周组,足月妊娠临产组均高于足月妊娠未临产组,足月妊娠未临产组均高于正常同孕周组,先兆早产组3种白细胞介素高于足月妊娠临产组、但CORT低于足月妊娠临产组。结论IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、CORT在早产及分娩发动中起重要作用,其中白细胞介素在早产中的作用更明显,而CORT在足月妊娠分娩发动中的作用更突出。
Objective: To explore the relationship between Interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8, cortisoil (CORT) and preterm labor and onset of labor. Methods: IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CORT were determined in 21 threatened preterm labor women, 28 normal pregnancy women, 30 term pregnancy women in labor, and 33 term pregnancy women not in labor. IL-8 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the other three were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CORT were all significantly higher in threatened premature labor group than in normal pregnancy group. And were significantly higher in term pregnancy in labor group than in term pregnancy not in labor group. All of them were higher in pregnancy not in labor group than in normal pregnancy group. The levels of the three Interleukins in threatened premature group were higher than term pregnancy in labor group, but CORT was lower than in term pregnancy in labor group. Conclusion IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CORT play important roles in premature and parturition. IL-1β, IL-6 and IL- 8 are more important in premature labor, yet CORT play a much more prominent role in the onset of labor.
