摘要
目的:研究在不同运动状态下胸腰段小关节的应力分析。方法:建立T10 ̄L3节段有限元模型,选取屈曲、旋转、屈曲加旋转3种运动状态,分别对T10 ̄L3活动节段有限元模型施加载荷,分析比较各节段小关节的应力分布情况。结果:在屈曲状态下,各节段小关节的应力很小;在旋转和屈曲加旋转状态下,各节段一侧小关节应力较大,其下关节面的应力比上关节面的要大,而且T12与L1一侧小关节应力比其它节段的应力相对较大。结论:旋转和屈曲加旋转状态下胸腰段小关节应力较大,T12及L1的小关节应力比其它节段的较大,可能是胸腰段小关节容易损伤和T12与L1的小关节比其它节段的小关节容易损伤的力学机制;为探讨胸腰段的损伤机制提供参考。
Objective: To analyse the facets stress ofthoracolumbar motion segment in the different motion states. Methods: The loads were given to three dimensional finite element models of T10-L3 motion segments in flexion, rotation, flexion and rotation respectively and the stress of facets was analyzed and compared. Results:The stress of facets in flexion was the smallest in the three motion states. The stresses of unilateral facets in rotation, flexion and rotation were bigger than that in flexion, and the stress of lower facets was bigger than that of upper facets in one segment. Meantime, the stress of unilateral facets of T12 or L1 segment was bigger than that of the other segments. Conclusions: The facets stress ofthoracolumbar motion segments in rotation, flexion and rotation is bigger than that in flexion, and the facets stress of T12 or L12 segment is bigger than that of the other segments in rotation, flexion and rotation. Probably the facets of thoracolumbar motion segment were easily injuried and the facets of T12 or L1 segment more were easily injuried than those of the other segments in rotation, flexion and rotation. It will provide a way to study the injury mechanism ofthoracolumbar motion segment.
