摘要 月亮泡水库位于嫩江的支流洮儿河汇入干流的汇合处,可起洪水调节作用。本文通过对嫩江与洮儿河上有关水文站45年水文资料的比较,发现嫩江、洮儿河水量差别大,年际、月际丰枯水状态不同步,洪水过程也存在明显的时间差别,构成了利用月亮泡水库蓄引嫩江洪水的有利条件,据此提出了相应的洪水资源利用措施。 AFloodwater utilization is necessary for China to paper, taking Moon-lake Reservoir in northeast China as meet its growing water resource demand. The an example, discusses the possibility and ways to utilize floodwater resource. The Moon Lake Reservoir locates at the confluence of the Taoer River and Nenjiang River. The Reservoir plays the role of regulating flood in that area. The analysis on the hydrological data at stations along two rivers shows that remarkable differences between the Taoer River and Nenjiang River on runoff discharge and flow process. The most of floods in Taoer River is smaller and earlier than that in Nenjiang River. The last flood peaks of Taoer River are about 25 days earlier than that of Nenjiang River every year and 46.7 percent of 21 statistic years have compensation conditions. Therefore, it is possible and advantageous to import floodwater from Nenjiang River into the Moon Lake Reservoir. Meanwhile, the floodwater in Taoer River can also be properly used in its upper steams.
