摘要
该文全面地讨论了径向轴对称激光等离子体的物理参量的测量原理。提出了应用马赫-曾德尔激光干涉装置测量光学薄膜表面激光等离子体折射率分布的方法。以等离子体折射率作为突破口,依据等离子体形成机制、逆轫致吸收、Saha方程、等离子体状态方程和Gladston-Dale公式等,建立了一套诊断等离子体参量,包括温度、密度、压力、电离度、电子密度、吸收系数和光学厚度等的理论方法。
n this paper, a measuring theory of physical parameters in axisymmetrical laser plasma has been discussed completely. A method for measuring laser plasma refraction index on the surface of optical thin film by applying a Mach-Zehnder laser interference system has been presented. The plasma refraction index is taken as a breakthrough point,then according to the forming mechanism of plasma, inverse bremsstrahlung, Saha equation, plasma state equation and Gladston-Dale formula, a set of theoretical method for plasma parameters, including temperature, density, pressure, ionization degree, electron density, absorption coefficient and optical thickness has been bulit.
