摘要
从二战废墟中走出来的日本,经过短短30年的建设就跻身于世界经济大国之列,除了日本紧紧抓住了有利于自身发展的历史机遇外,特色鲜明的企业文化对其经济的发展发挥了至关重要的作用。日本企业文化是中国儒家思想与西方现代管理理论结合的典范。本文论述了儒家思想在日本企业中的具体表现,进而指出它对中国企业发展的启示。
Japan went out from the ruins of World War Ⅱ , and within the short 30 years＇ period it had ranked among the biggest world economic countries , Except that Japan had duely grasped the historical opportunity which is favorable to its self-development, the enterprise culture with obvious speciality had played a very important role. Japan＇s enterprise culture is the typical combination between China＇s confucianism and Western mondern manayement theory . This article expounds the concrete representations of confucianist theory in Japan＇s enterprise culture . Furthermore, the article points out the inspiration of Japan＇s enterprise culture to the development of Chinese enterprise .
