摘要
运用文献法、问卷法、逻辑法等,对青少年运动员中普遍存在的“学训矛盾”的原因进行了研究。认为以多元智力理论为指导,对青少年运动员因材施教,是解决“学训矛盾”的有效方法。
Reasons of why there are contradictions between learning and training for the juvenile athletes were studied. It was held that the solution to the contradictions would be teaching the athletes according to their needs with the guidance of theory of multiple intelligences.
