摘要
介绍了自行设计的转炉炼钢综合自动化系统的结构、功能,并讨论了该系统中上位机与下位机之间所采用的通信方法,通过应用此套综合自动化系统,可实现对炼钢生产过程进行全面监视、控制和管理,并对所有生产过程参数进行实时监控、记录、报表自动打印,从而可确保生产质量、提高生产效率、减少事故隐患。
Introduces the structure and function of the synthesis automation system tor steel-making converter, at me same time, discusses the communication method applied between the top position computer and the bottom position computer in the system. By the application of such a synthesis automatic control system, can realize the comprehensive surveillance, control and management, also can monitor and record all the parameters timely, print the report forms automatically. Consequently the products quality can be insured, the product efficiency can be improved and the potential accidents can also be decreased.
