摘要
在分析企业机遇的概念、性质和分类的基础上,提出了企业机遇的理论模型。该模型明确了企业机遇的本质与开发途径,以及企业机遇与各形势变量之间的理论关系。特别是提出了一种新的机遇评价公式,可供研究者参考。
This paper presents a theoretical model of entrepreneurial opportunity based on the analysis of its definition,nature,and classification. The model points out the essence and the developing method of entrepreneurial opportunity and clarifies the theoretical relations between opportunity and the situational variables, This paper also expounds the core process of entrepreneurial opportunity management and pays special attention to the development, evaluation and selection phase. A new evaluating formula is provided for researchers reference.
