摘要
目的首次建立HPLC法测定维尔康胶囊中维生素E含量.方法采用C18柱,甲醇为流动相,紫外检测器(检测波长为280nm,对维尔康胶囊中维生素E进行含量测定.结果维尔康样品处理简单,且能将方中维生素E与水溶性成分为主的苷类很好分离出来,维生素E进样量在2.088~10.440μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;样品平均回收率99.04%,进样精密度RSD为0.28%(n=5).结论本方法简便快速,样品分离效果好,回收率高,结果准确可靠.
Objective A method has been established for the quantitative determination of Vtiamin E in Wei'erkang capsule by. Methods A C18 column and amobile phase of methanol were used. Detection wavelength was 280nm. Results The linear ralationship between the concentrantion and area was quite good. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2. 088-10. 440μg for Vtiamin E( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery were 99.04 %. RSD were 0.28 %. Conclusion The method with good separation is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable.
