摘要
为观察射干对小鼠免疫功能的影响,采用环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制的小鼠模型,给予射干水煎液高、中、低3种剂量,用盐酸左旋咪唑为阳性对照,用ELISA法测定小鼠血清中IL 2、IFN γ、IgG、IgM含量,从免疫器官、体液免疫、细胞因子等方面观察射干对环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠的影响,结果发现射干水煎液可以拮抗环磷酰胺所致的小鼠免疫抑制,对小鼠的免疫功能有调节作用。
To explore the effect of Belamcanda Chinensis on immune function in immunosuppressive mice. To create immunosuppressive mice model induced by cyclophosphamide, and administer belamcanda chinensis with high, median or low dosage. To observe the effect of belamcanda chinensis on immune function by measuring the concentration of TL-2, IFN-γ, IgG and IgM in mice serum with ELISA. The result showed aqueous-extracts of belamcanda chinensis can antagonize the immunosuppression of the mice induced by cyclophosphamide and have bidirectional regulation on immune function.
