摘要
为探索治疗高血压性脑出血的综合疗法,选择符合标准的病例90例,随机分为综合疗法组30例、微创手术组30例、内科治疗组30例进行治疗,结果用微创手术治疗的2组病例有效率优于内科治疗组,综合疗法组在脱水、降低颅内压方面有较好的疗效,说明微创血肿清除术治疗中小量的高血压性脑出血,能早期改善患者的生存质量,逐瘀化痰汤能加强治疗效果。
To explore the combined modality therapy in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. 90 patients were randomized equally into three groups： combined therapy group, microtrauma operation group and medicine group. The result showed that two groups with microtrauma operation were superior to the medicine group. The combined therapy group has better therapeutic efficacy on dehydration and reducing intracranial pressure. It indicates that microtrauma operation evacuate medium or low dose of hematoma which can improve the quality of life in early stage of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and the therapeutic efficacy can be enhanced by using zhuyu huatan decoction.
