摘要
目的:介绍支持钢板内固定术在不稳定胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用.方法:收治不稳定胫骨平台骨折14例,均经切开复位、支持钢板内固定治疗.结果:随访4个月～4a,优良率85.71%.结论:不稳定之胫骨平台骨折应手术治疗,以采用支持钢板行内固定为宜;X线摄片、CT、MRI检查相结合,对骨折情况的全面评价及指导手术有重要意义.
Objective： To introduce the surgical treatment for unstable fracture of the tibial plateau by internal fixation with supportive plate.Methods：Fourteen cases with fractures of the tibial plateau were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with supportive plate.Results： 14 cases were followed up for four months to four years. It showed that excellent and good rate was 85.71%. Conclusion：Open reduction and internal fixation should be selected for treatment of the unstable fracture of the tibial plateau,the treatment by internal fixation with supportive plate should be recommended. In addition, the examinations of X- ray and CT and MRI are very helpful to evaluate the degree of tibial plateau fractures and to direct the surgical treatment.
