摘要
对从某厂整体LPG球罐上取下的严重腐蚀球壳板进行了宏观分析,并对其裂纹和鼓泡特征进行光学显微镜和扫描电镜等微观分析.结果表明,球罐失效与钢中沿带状珠光体分布的长条型MnS夹杂和LPG中H2S浓度密切相关.
Visual observation was made on the severely corroded plates of spherical shell removed from one liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) spherical tank in a plant. Characteristics of cracking and blistering were analyzed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the failure of spherical tank was intimately correlated with the inclusion of strip MnS along with pearlite band in the substrate material and the content of H2S contained in the LPG stored.
