摘要
完整的科技奖励系统是由科学共同体内外部两个子奖励系统构成.在我国的科技奖励系统中,科学共同体内部奖励系统比较薄弱;加强科学共同体的科技奖励活动,是改进、完善我国科技奖励制度的一项重要内容.
A complete system of science and technology awards consists of two sub -systems, the one inside the science community and the one outside the science community. In the award system of China, the intemal sub-system is relatively weak. Strengthening the award activities of science community is significant to the improvement and perfection of the national system of science and technology awards.
