摘要
对试验的EMG导轨烧蚀进行了测试,分析与讨论,研究表明具有前级加速装置和等离子电枢EMG导轨烧蚀包括弹丸偏心撞击坑,引弧时的局部灼坑及稳定弧的均衡烧灼三部分。对此提出了导致导轨烧蚀与表层屠地等离子电枢结构模型,它包含主电枢与中性气化区,兆安级电流的主电枢具有5×10^8W量级的功率是导轨烧蚀的主导因素,中性气化区对导再涂是导轨表层改性的根本原因。
This paper presents a measurement of the ablation of EMG rail and a discussion on results.There are three kinds of ablation,namely, pellet bump pits,local arc crater in starting arc process and uniform ablation under stable arc condition.The model of plasma armature construction is also presented,which consists of the main armature and a unionizing vapor area.Power of main armature is at the order of 5× 10~8W,which is the control factor for ablation,unionizing vapor spraying to surface of rail is essential cause for modificating surface layer.
