摘要 目的:研究鼻腔及筛窦三维重建的方法及意义。方法:用薄层CT及断层解剖分别对鼻腔及筛窦行三维重建,比较两种方法的优缺点。结果:CT重建可以清晰地显示鼻腔及筛窦的毗邻关系及空间定位,但显示细微结构还有一定困难。结论:与CT比较,薄层切片行鼻腔及筛窦的三维重建可以更好地显示此区域的解剖,并为虚拟手术的发展提供模型。 Objective: To explore a feasible method and its significance of 3 - dimensional reconstruction in nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus. Methods : Three - dimensional reconstructions of nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus were made by using spiral CT images and sectional anatomic data. The advantages and defects of the two methods were evaluated. Resuit: Spiral CT images showed the syntopy and spatial oriention in nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus, but it is difficult to show the subtle structures. Conclusion: Sectional anatomic data are able to show the subtle structures more accurately than spiral CT images in nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus, and provides a model for development of virtual surgery.
