摘要 目的:探讨影像导航系统在耳鼻咽喉颅底外科的应用及优势。方法:应用影像导航系统结合鼻内镜行手术12例,总结在耳鼻咽喉科手术中应用导航系统的优点及特点。结果:12例均获成功,2例视神经管减压的患者顺利减压且视力提高,1例翼腭窝侵犯鼻咽部的肿瘤得到了彻底切除,其它涉及到蝶窦、额窦、后组筛窦者都顺利开放,无1例出现并发症。结论:影像导航手术系统结合鼻内镜,使耳鼻喉手术的定位更准确、更安全、有效、彻底,避免了并发症的发生。 Objective: To estimate the value of image guidance system in otorhinolaryngology and skull base surgery. Method:Twelve cases were performed surgeries with image guidance system combined with endoscopy. The advantages and characteristics of image guidance system applied in surgery were summerized. Results: All cases got successful result. The eyesight of 2 cases of canales opticus fracture improved, the fossae pterygopalatina tumor was resected completely with the image guidance system, and the other cases involved sinuses, frontal sinuses and antrum ethmoidale got successful surgeries with the help of this system. There was no complication for all cases. Conclusion: Image guidance system combined with endoscopy provides accurate localization and identifies the operative borders and critical anatomical structure of skull base , and also decreases surgical invasions and complications.
