摘要
糖尿病病人的医院感染与血糖水平、年龄、住院时间、抗生素应用、免疫功能及有关的专科护理操作有关。所以,应建立健全预防医院感染的制度和措施,重视医务人员手的清洁,严格控制血糖,缩短病人住院时间,改善病人全身状况,预防泌尿道及呼吸道感染。
Diabctes mellitus patients got iatrogenic infection were related to their blood sugar level, age, time of hospital stay, application of antibiotics, immune function and relative specialized nursing procedure. Therefore, one should set up a system and take some measures to prevent iatrogenic infection, pay attention to the cleaning of hands of medical staff, shorten longth of stay improve their general state of health control blood sugar of patients strictly and prevent respiratory and urinary tract infection for patients.
