7B04铝合金板材圆孔翻边成形性能试验研究

摘要 室温下用预制圆孔的1.5 mm厚7B04铝合金坯料进行一系列圆孔翻边成形工艺试验。结果表明,翻边制件卸载后没有发生形状非对称化,但口部直径有弹性收缩。采用圆角半径5.0 mm的平底圆柱形凸模和相同直径尺寸的半球形翻边凸模所得极限翻边系数相同,而采用直径30 mm和40 mm两种不同的凸模时,极限翻边系数却存在明显差异。给出了不同工艺条件下的极限翻边系数,并对试验结果作了必要的解释。 A series of hole-flanging tests were conducted at room temperature with 7B04 aluminium alloy sheets,and circular plates with thickness of 1.5 mm and pre-determined-hole at the center of the specimen were used through out. The test results showed that there is no un-symmetrical change behavior occurred in the specimens after unloading, and there is no difference on the flanging formability between the cylindrical punch with a 5.0 mm radius and the half-spherical punch with the same diameter, however, the punch diameter is of great effect on the limiting flanging coefficient which is given in this paper, and necessary explanation is also presented.
