摘要
目的探讨某地区各类饮用水及水源水致突变性。方法应用蚕豆根尖微核技术。结果除自来水和本地产饮用水符合卫生标准外,部分水源水及井水有不同程度的微核增高,有机物、重金属污染。结论微核试验结果高于正常的水体含有诱变物质,对饮用水的安全性存在隐患,需做好水源的卫生防护工作。
Objective To investigate the mutagenicity of drinking water and water source in a certain region. Method Vicia- micronucleus test was used in this study. Reults Except the tap water and the bottled drinking water accord with the hygienic standard, part of the source water and well water showed increased micronuclear rates, organic compounds and heavy metal contamination. Conclusion The increased micronucleae rate indicates the presence of mutagenitic substance contamination, which is an obvious safety problem. The water source hygienic service is urgent.
