米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法随机选择子宫肌瘤患者68例,每日口服米非司酮10mg,连用3个月。用药前及用药后分别测定子宫及肌瘤体积,促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果用药后子宫及肌瘤体积明显缩小(P<0.01),E2、P水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效,但停药后易复发,尚不能完全替代手术治疗。
