摘要
重型颅脑损伤患者１９２例，在常规治疗基础上，采用脑活素并高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗５８例，ＨＢＯ治疗４５例，脑活素治疗４１例，其治愈率、总有效率均比常规治疗的４８例有明显提高。死亡率明显降低，尤以ＨＢＯ并脑活素组疗效更好。两者并用可增强其治疗作用，未见有毒副作用。
On the basis of common elementary treatment, 192 cases of severe brain injury were randomly divided into four groups to compare their effect. There were hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) 45 cases,'Naohuosu' 41, HBO combined with Naohuosu 58 and conventional treatments 48 cases as a control group. The result showed that the cure rate and effective rate in the first three groups was higher than that of control group obviously, and the mortality was also reduced, particularly in the HBO combined with 'Naohuosu' group. It suggested that the HBO and 'Naohuosu' are joined together has a cooperation for severely brain-injuried patients.
