摘要
由于复杂的历史积怨和现实矛盾,法、德两个欧陆强邻曾长期处于严重敌对状态。二战后,两国从各自的根本利益和双方的共同利益出发,成功地实现了和解与合作,进而建立起密切的盟友关系,创造了外交史上的奇迹。法、德两国通过推动区域一体化搭建和解平台;从密切经济关系入手,全面改善双边关系;成功运用妥协策略跨越外交障碍;通过建立多层次沟通机制巩固双边关系的做法和经验给予人们一些有价值的启示。
Due to the sophisticated historic grudge and contradictions in reality, France and Germany, as two of the strongest neighboring countries in Europe, had been in the state of hostilities for a long time. After the World War Ⅱ, the two nations have successfully reached the goal of reconcilement and cooperation based on mutual trust and benefits, and further their friendship into allies, which is widely acknowledged as a diplomatic miracle in history. The measures they take provide valuable experience and inspiration for us, such as promoting the regional integration for reconcilement, improving the bilateral relationship from close economic ties, employing the strategy of compromise to surmount the diplomatic obstacles, strengthening the bilateral relations through multi-level negotiating system, etc.
