摘要
产业结构、就业环境、劳动力市场是制约西安市就业增长的瓶颈问题。通过对影响劳动就业的相关因素的系统分析,指出缓解就业压力,促进就业,需要加快发展第三产业,完善就业服务体系和管理体制,加强劳动力市场建设。
Employment in Xi＇an City is constrained by three factors as industry structure, employment environment and labor market. Based on a systematic analysis of the relative influential factors of the employment, the thesis points out it is necessary to strengthen the development of service industry, to better the system of service and management and to enhance the construction of the labor market to tackle the problem.
