摘要
洁阴净抗菌洗剂主要杀菌成分为三氯生与氯己定,采用载体定量杀菌试验对其消毒性能进行了观察。结果,以该抗菌洗剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用2min,杀灭率为99.98和99.99%;对白色念珠菌作用5min杀灭率为99.98%。该抗菌洗剂经54℃存放14d,对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果无影响。结论,洁阴净抗菌洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌有较好的杀菌效果且性能稳定。
The main germicidal ingredients of Jie - Yin - Jing Antimicrobial Lotion are triclosan and chlorhexidine. Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe its disinfection property. Results： The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the stock solution of this Antimicrobial Lotion for 2 min were 99.98% and 99.99% respectively and that of Candida albicans exposed to the stock solution for 5 min was 99.98%. Storing at 54℃ for 14 days did not influence the efficacy of the Antimicrobial Lotion in killing Candida albicans. Conclusion ： Jie - Yin - Jing Antimicrobial Lotion has good efficacy in killing S. aureus, E. coli and C. albicans and is stable in property.
