摘要
政府经济职能创新是适应社会发展变化的结果。新时期我国政府又提出了创建“和谐社会”的目标,这对我国政府经济职能提出了更高的要求。我国政府应通过一系列的手段、方法,借助各种非政府组织,从经济建设型政府向公共服务型政府转变,从而更好地构建和谐社会。
The innovation of government＇s economic function is the result from adapting to the change and development of society. Our government＇s new target of construction a “harmonious society” has brought forward a higher demand for government＇s economic function. This paper holds the view that if a better harmonious society is to be constructed, our government should take a series of methods and steps to change itself from the economic-building type to the economic-servicing type with the help of various nongovernmental organizations.
