摘要
中国共产党提出构建和谐社会的历史任务,是党实现历史使命和完成这一使命对党的执政能力建设的历史要求,党的执政能力建设是构建和谐社会的重要前提,构建和谐社会的历史进程又对党的执政能力建设提出具体的历史内容并作出具体的历史检验,二者统一和体现于构建和谐社会的实际进程中。
The CPC puts forward the historical task of building the harmonious society. It is a historical demand that the Party realizes the historical mission and enhances the Party＇s ruling capacity. This article has expounded the fact that enhancing the Party＇s ruling capacity is an important prerequisite of building the harmonious society.
