摘要
采用乙醇溶液提取甘草饮片中黄酮类物质,考察了乙醇体积分数、温度、固液比、提取时间对提取液中总黄 酮含量的影响。采用正交实验设计,得出优化实验条件:乙醇体积分数60%、提取温度70℃、固液比1:20、提取时间2 h (分2次提取),甘草饮片总黄酮提取量为0.603%。
The extraction of general flavonoids from Glycyrrhiza uralensis J isch with ethanol is investlgatect, The optimum technological parameters of extracting general flavonoids with orthogonal experiment are as the following, the concentration of ethanol,the extraction temperature, the ratio of solid to liquid and extraction time are 60%, 70℃, 1:20 and 2 hours (twice), respectively. The extraction yield of general flavonoids is 0. 603%.
