摘要
就实现非圆轮廓形零件的高速高精密磨削的问题,提出了采用由开放式控制器PMAC对机床进行控制,并集成了一套磨床数控系统。以磨削椭圆形零件为例,在此实验台上进行了椭圆形零件的磨削加工,得出了良好的实验结果,为解决非圆工件精密磨削提供了好的方向。
This thesis proposes an application of the open controller PMAC to controlling of the machine tool and integrates a set of grinding tool data control systems with regard to the issue of high-speed and precise grinding and cutting of non-clrcular profiled parts, Taking is the example of grinding and cutting the elliptical parts. It undergoes grinding and cutting process on the lab counter, reaching good experimental results and providing good guidelines for precise grinding and cutting of non-circular parts.
