摘要
研发了一种新型的建筑石膏煅烧设备——FC分室石膏煅烧炉,简要介绍了该煅烧系统的工艺流程、工艺原理、系统特点等。并通过工程实例说明该系统煅烧天然石膏、磷石膏、脱硫石膏、氟石膏的各项工艺参数、原料成分、煅烧能耗及最终成品的检测数据。
A new type of calcinations equipment FC-multi-chamber gypsum calcinator had been developed,The technological process, technological principles and systemic properties of this calcination system were introduced briefly,Various technological parameters,compositions of raw materials,energy consumption of calcinations and testing data of final product were also illustrated by engineering examples.
