摘要
膝关节僵直严重影响患者的日常生活和工作,我们采用伸膝装置粘连松解、硅胶膜置入及术后应用下肢功能康复机活动膝关节防止粘连,治疗膝关节僵直,临床效果满意.31例患者,年龄20～58岁,平均31岁.骨折25例,感染4例,滑膜病变2例,术后平均随访15个月,术后膝关节屈曲平均改善86.1°.我们认为在松解创面之间置入硅胶膜;术后尽早进行有效的膝关节活动;慎重、适当的进行股直肌延长和术前进行膝前皮肤扩张,对提高疗效有重要作用.
The stiff knee joint severely hinders patients in their daily life and job. An operation of relaxing the ex-tensional apparatus and padding the silastic membrane was used by us for treatment of stiff knee joint. To prevent adhesion after the operation ,the knee joint was moved by a machine which is specially used to exercise lower limb function. The result of treatment was satisfactory with the patient's knee fiexion gaining average 86. 1°.Thirty -one patients with age from 20 to 58 years old (mean 31) were followed up average 15 months after surgery. There are 25 fractures,4 infections and 2 synovium pathological changes in 31 cases. The results showed that padding the silastic membrane on the suprapatellar,lengthening the musculi rectus femoris carefully extending the front skin of knee before the operation may be important roles in improving the treatment effect.
