摘要
可持续发展是一种崭新的发展观和发展战略,它要求区域经济发展必须与资源的开发利用和环境保护相协调,以保持人与自然的和谐关系,在满足当代人需求的同时,不危及后代人满足其需求的能力的发展。区域经济可持续发展建立在生态可持续发展、社会公正与和谐以及公众积极参与发展的基础上,它特别强调各种生产和生活活动的生态合理性。要实现区域经济的可持续发展,就必须处理好城镇与乡村之间、眼前利益与长远利益之间、局部利益与整体利益之间、效率与公平之间的关系,处理好区域之间、区域内部各单元之间的协调发展以及经济发展、人类活动与资源环境之间的动态平衡问题。
Sustainable development is a new development viewpoint and strategy. It demands that the development of regional economy be in harmony with resources exploitation and environment protection. In this way, there could be harmonious relationship between human and nature and we can meet the needs of generation after generation. Sustainable development of regional economy is based on the sustainable development of ecological condition, social equity, harmony, and public active participation. It emphasizes the ecological rationality of various production and living activities. To achieve sustainable development of regional economy, we must coordinate the relationship between town and country, immediate interests and long-term interests, partial interests and overall interests, equity and efficiency. And we must also ensure harmonious connection in different regions and in each part of a region. Furthermore, we should keep economy development, human activities, resources and environment in dynamic equilibrium.
