论虚拟组织对企业价值链管理的借鉴意义

摘要本文通过分析虚拟组织的一些理论观点,提出一些虚拟组织的理论可以被借鉴用于企业价值链管理.这些借鉴有价值主张的界定,信任机制的建立和协调机制的建立等.
