摘要
对比西方对非婚同居关系的立法,从我国非传统家庭数量与日俱增的现实状况出发,对分析了立法调整非婚同居关系的必要性,对构建相应的法律制度作了初步探讨。
Comparing with the western countries legislation and proceeding from our country＇s reality that the nontraditional family is increasing, we analyse the necessity that adjusts lawmaking on the non-matrimony cohabits and make the first step study towards setting up the corresponding law system.
