摘要
利用植物染色体常规压片法，对水白菜及水菜花的核型进行了分析，结果表明：水白菜的核型为２ｎ＝４ｘ＝４４＝２２ｍ＋１４ｓｍ＋８ｓｔ，水菜花的核型为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２２＝２ｍ＋１４ｓｍ＋６ｓｔ。核型资料表明水白菜很可能是经由水菜花演化而来的四倍体，二者具有密切的亲缘关系，支持水莱花可代水白菜入药的观点。
The Karyotype of Ottelia alismoides(L,) Pers.and ottelia cordata (wall.)Dandy are studied in this paper with plant chromosomes common plates making.The resuIts indicate that the karyotype formula of the former is 2n= 4x= 44 = 22m+14sm+8st,and the latter is 2n--2x= 22- 2m+14sm+6st.It is fairly probable that the former,a tetraploid,derived from the latter, They both have close relationship,The information of their karyotype supports the view that ottelia cordata can substitute for ottelia alismoides in medicine.
