摘要
电池组不一致性对于电动汽车的安全性和电池管理系统的复杂度有着重要影响。设计MH-Ni电池组不一致性研究试验,结合内阻模型分析了电流、SOC和温度对电池组不一致性的影响,建立了电池组过放电过程数学模型,提出确定电池管理系统电压传感器数量的新方法,通过试验对模型及方法进行了验证。
Safety of electrical vehicle and complexity of battery management system were influenced by nonuniformity characteristics of battery pack. Special tests were designed to analyze how current,SOC and temperature influence nonuniformity characteristics of a Ni-MH battery pack by the study of internal resistance battery model. Over-discharge characteristic of Ni-MH battery was modeled; a new method on how to determine the voltage sensor number of battery management system was proposed and validated by test data.
