深水裸岩钻孔桩施工中关键技术难题的处理 被引量:7

摘要 高明大桥扩建工程位于广东佛山市高明区西江河道,13#~15#墩位岩面完全裸露,又处于深水、急流之中,无法按传统的方法搭设钻桩平台和埋设钢护筒,经技术探讨和可行性分析,采用了无底套箱人造岩组合平台方案,解决了钻孔桩基础施工中的技术难题.文章详细介绍了该方案的确定、设计、关键施工工艺和方法,实践证明此方案可行、可靠、经济,可为类似工程的钻孔桩施工提供借鉴. Gaoming Bridge Expansion Project locates at Xijiang River, Gaoming district, Foshan, Guangdong province.Becausc the rock of 13 # -15 # piers is completely uncovered in deep water and swift current, constructian platform and steel protective tube can not be installed by conventional method, Bottomless coffer combined with man-made rock platform is adopted after technique discussion and feasibility analysis, to tackle the key technical issues in the construction of bored pile foundations.This paper presents the detailed scheme selection, design, key construction technologies and methads.The practice shows that the plan is feasible, reliable, economic and the results may be useful for similar engineenng construction of borehole piles.
