HAg18人肝癌相关抗原的表达与细胞周期的关系

摘要 为了分析HAg18人肝癌相关抗原的异质性,我们用流式细胞仪双参数相关分析法观察了HAg18人肝癌相关抗原在4种不同人肝癌细胞系中的表达与细胞周期的关系,发现HAg18相关抗原在4种人肝癌细胞系中均有表达,但表达量不同。G_0-G_1期表达量少,S期居中,G_2-M期抗原量大。在同种细胞的同一细胞系其表达异质性与细胞周期的时相变化有关。在同种细胞的不同细胞群,其表达异质性与细胞周期的时相变化无明显关系。 The aim is to analyse the casa of human hepatoma-associated antigen HAg18 heterogenity.The expression of human hepatoma associated antigen HAg18 relatied to the different stages of cell cycle isreported with the use of Dual-parameter flow cytometry mathods.HAg18 antigen was found to express inall the four human hepatoma cell lines.Hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 and HHCC expressed at higher lev-el than that at BEL-7402 and QGY-7701 HAg18 antigen was expressed during all cell cycle stages thoughat different levels. It was expressed at the lowest level in G0-G1 stages,a slightly higher level ins stage andthe highest in G_2-M stage.The results:uggested that the expression of HAg18 is related to the stage ofcell cycle in the same cell line,but not related to the stage of cell cycle in different cell lines with similar tissue origin.
