摘要
在普通光学显微镜上加装电动载物台,利用PC机与单片机通信来控制载物台的三维运动,以基于VFW的USB摄像头图像采集系统,构造了低成本的显微镜电动载物台改造方案,实现自动聚焦,图像的自动采集。
To set up a system capable of capturing autofocusing, image auto-acquisition and automatic measurement, an automatic carrier is installed to a common optic microscope. Personal computer and single chip processors are used to implement three-dimensional movement of the carrier, and real-time images are captured through USB digital camera based on Video for Windows (VFW) interface. A relatively cheap system of autofocus microscope capable of image auto-acquisition was set up.
