摘要
随着高等教育改革的全面推进,师资培养已成为教育界研究热点之一。目前高校英语师资培养体系不够完善,在一定程度上影响了高校教改的效果。为了适应时代要求,笔者以人本主义、建构主义、互动理论、合作理论为依据,坚持师资教育的目标导向性、内容开放性和形式互动性原则,提出培养融“理论+实践”、“知识+技能”、“经验+反思”、“教书+育人”于一体的高校英语师资,为完善高校师资培养体系提供一定理论支持和实践参照。
With the development of higher education, teacher education has become the focus in educational circle. However, the current teacher education system is deficient in certain aspects. As such, this article puts forward a tentative teacher education framework which attempts to cultivate college English teachers with the characteristics of “theory plus practice”, “knowledge plus skills”,“experience plus reflection”, and “teaching plus educating”. This is constructed with the principles of the goal-orientation, content development and interactive methods, and based on the theories of humanism, constructivism, interaction and cooperation. The authors hope to provide certain theoretical support and practical references to the imorovement of college teacher education system.
