摘要
高等职业院校聘请外籍教师工作有其特殊性。广开聘请渠道、把好聘请关,是高职院校聘外工作的关键;依法管理、科学管理、人本管理是提高聘用效益的核心。
This paper expands on how to employ foreign teachers in higher vocational institutions and points out the key issue is to set up ways and criteria for employment. The paper also points out that the core of raising efficiency is scientific and humanized administration according to the law.
