摘要
目的:探讨复合高压水囊扩裂术治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法:对40例前列腺增生患者用复合高压水囊经尿道进行前列腺部扩张使前列腺外包膜破裂,从而减轻尿道压力。结果:扩裂40例患者,有38例能顺利排尿,2例无效,成功率95%。1例术后少量出血,3例发生一过性尿失禁,35例获得随访,1年满意者26例(74.2%),2年满意者20例(57.1%)。结论:应用复合高压水囊扩裂术治疗前列腺增生症是一种有效的手段。
Objective：To investigate the effect of transurethral dilation of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） by the composited high pressure water capsule. Methods： Totally 40 cases of BPH were treated with this procedure to break the prostate capsule and reduce the pressure in urethra.. Results：Of the 40 patients with BPH, 38 were treated effectively, 2 cases failed. The overall successful rate was 95%. One cases was complicated with hematuria and 3 with transient incontinence. Of the 35 cases followed up, 26（74.2%） were satisfied within one year, and 20（57.1% ） within two years. Conclusions： The transurethral dilation of prostate by composited high pressure water capsule is an effective method for managing the prostatic hyperplasia.
