摘要
体重2.5~3.0kg的日本大耳白兔,分为输精管结扎组(VG)和假手术对照组(SOG).术后4、8、12、18、22mo经耳静脉采血,检测巨噬细胞(M)培养上清中白细胞介素1(IL-1)活性和外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)培养上清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)活性及血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量。结果表明:①IL-1活性和TNF含量,术后第8moVG均明显高于SOG(P<0.02,P<0.01),术后4、8、12、18、22mo的测定结果与SOG比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。②IL-2、IL-6活性,术后第8moVG均明显低于SOG(P<0.01,P<0.05),而术后第12mo恢复到SOG水平。③IL-2、IL-6活性间呈有意义的正相关关系(r=0.660,P<0.001)。
In this paper,we have observed dynamically the activities of IL-1,IL-2,and IL-6 from the culture supernate of peripheral blood and the contents of TNF in plasma in vasectomized rabbits.The results showed that:(1)the activity of IL-1 and the contents of TNF increased significantly in the rabbits vasectomized for 8 months(P<0.02,P<0.01)and recovered in the rabbits vasectomized for 12,18,22 months(P>0.05);(2)activities of IL-2,IL-6 were reduced remarkably in the rabbits vasectomized for 8 months(P<0.01,P<0.05)and returned to normal in the rabbits vasectomized for 12,18,22 months(P>0.05)respectively;and(3)the activities of IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly correlated(r=0.660,P<0.001).The present results may provide an experimental evidence for evaluating the functional changes of immunological cell in vasectomized animals.
