原癌基因的激活与肿瘤发生的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤的发生在本质上与原癌基因的激活密切相关。原癌基因的研究对于探索肿瘤的发病机制,寻找预防、治疗肿瘤的新措施具有非常重要的意义。本文介绍了原癌基因的种类及其激活导致癌变的机制,并且介绍了近年来原癌基因的研究进展。
