摘要
本文介绍了数据包络分析方法的基本思想以及CCR基本模型,构造了CCR模型的算法流程。编写了一个可以通过WebServer浏览操作的DEA效率评价软件,文中给出软件结构框架,最后给出实例分析。
In this paper, we discuss the basic idea of Data Envelopment Analysis method and its basic model- CCR, then we design the arithmetic frame of CCR model. We make a software by which users can do efficient evaluating works on the internet, The frame and physical of the software is presented. Example is discussed at last.
