摘要
目的:探讨青春期乳房纤维腺瘤的诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析18例患者的临床资料。结果:术后无皮下积液、乳头坏死及切口感染等并发症发生。均无复发或转移。结论:青春期乳房纤维腺瘤临床表现和病理特征有其特殊性,发病年龄是诊断青春型乳房纤维腺瘤的主要依据,应注意鉴别诊断。手术尽量保持乳房的形态与功能。
Objective To study the methods of diagnosis and therapy for fibroadenoma in adolescent female.Methods Clinical data of 18 cases with fibroadenoma were analyzed retrospectively. Rusults The complication such as hypodermic hydrocele ,nipple necrosis and wound infection were not occurred after operation ,no case was recurred and metastasized. Conclusion The patient with fibroadenoma in adolescent female has its speciality in clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics. Age of the disorder attack is a main bases of diagnosis of the fibroadenoma in adolescent female. It is very important to master the major points for its differentiation. Their breast＇s apparent shape and its function should be maintained as far as.
